I was born and raised in Western New York amongst the hills of Chautauqua County. Most of my grade school through high school memories consist of working on the farm, hunting, and athletics. Having participated in high school baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball, I had my hands full but could never bring myself to drop anything. I loved it all!

After high school, I moved on to Grove City College in Pennsylvania to further my academic and athletic career. At Grove City, I juggled being a student, an NCAA athlete, a security guard, a carpenter, a painter/pressure washer, a ski lift operator, and a seaweed removal specialist while in school.

From Grove City, I took my first job as an Executive Team Lead of the Hardlines division at Target Corp. I learned many valuable lessons during this time, but my heart was not in a corporate lifestyle. From there, I began working at Hope and Legacy in 2008 and have been here since. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with our students in many facets here and I strongly believe in the Charter School movement as a whole. One of the more exciting opportunities I have had here is in developing the athletic program and seeing our student athletes represent Legacy High School in big ways throughout our community.
