      This is my 2nd year teaching at Legacy High School. I have a Bachelor of Music Education from Florida State University and have taught middle school band in Orange and Lake Counties. I stepped out of full time teaching to raise our children, Kenzie, Abigail and Josh. Kenzie and Abigail graduated from Legacy and are both pursuing Bachelor degrees in Nursing.  During those years I taught an after school band program for Hope Charter School, volunteered with a local homeless ministry, directed the children's program at a family camp in Blue Ridge and taught lessons in Children's large group at Church.

     I am excited to be back in the classroom teaching both guitar and leadership. I am passionate about students learning music and gaining the skills they need to connect with others and impact the world around them.
