***MAP Testing begins this Monday, September 9***

MAP Testing is given three (3) times a year as a baseline and to measure growth.  The baseline testing will begin this coming Monday morning, September 9, 2019.  The subject of Monday's test will be Reading and the subject on Tuesday will be Math.  Please make sure that your young scholar is:

• On time
• Well-fed :)
• Well rested
• Encourgaged to do his/her very best
• Loved on :)

In general, testing will be held on the same dates each week.  This does not mean that there will be a test in these subjects every week.  It just means that when this subject is tested, these are the days on which they will fall.  I think it helps students prepare in advance and provides much needed consistency and structure.  The testing days will be as follows:

Tuesdays - Science, Social Studies

Fridays - ELA (Writing, Spelling, Reading, Grammar) and Mathematics
