Cell Phone Policy- Cell phones must be silenced and in backpacks between the hours of 7am and 4pm.

 

I will also be teaching math in the 2021-2022 school year at Legacy High School. This is my second year at Legacy, and my 17th year in education. I've taught science and math in Orange County at Ocoee Middle School, Oak Ridge High School, and Carver Middle School. I have also been an instructional coach in mathematics and in all subject areas. In addition, I have worked as a senior administrator in the School Transformation Office for the district in Orange County. I love math and I enjoy explaining math to students and allowing them learn to appreciate, or even enjoy this often intimidating subject. I love using manipulatives and doing group work in class, but for the saftey of everyone at the school things may look a bit different this year until the all clear is given. Your saftey is my top priority, and for that reason there will be saniitizing stations and much of what we do will be digital. Any materials we do use will need to be cleaned and sanitized before they are used again.
