3^rd Quarter Extra Credit Project

Due by May 3^th   2019

Choose one of the three options below and follow the instructions in order to get up to 15 extra credit test points.

 OPCIÓNES

1.  Click on the links below to see recipes for each food (or just find your own J) choose one to make:

• Tortilla Española (España) **you will need an adult to help you fry this - the oil gets very hot!
• Chimichurri (Argentina/Chile) → make this sauce to go with beef, on pasta or thinned with vinegar as a salad dressing
• Arepas –Venezuela  or  Colombia  styles   

2.  Make the recipe (with a friend or family, if you want) and take pictures or Video of:

 1. You, with all the ingredients (1 pic.)

 2. You in the process of making the food (2 pics.)

 3. You cleaning up: doing dishes, putting away food, wiping down counters (1 pic.)

4.  You sharing the food with someone, preferably your family –

 I’m sure your family would be so happy to eat your food for a meal, or part of one! (1 pic.) 

 

 3. Email the five pictures to me margaret.aguilera@hopecharter.org, with all photos or video attached in one email, or even better, in one collage!  Please put your name(s) the subject line.

 4. If you choose to cook this with another Spanish student friend, you may have up to two of you cooking together. In order for everyone to get credit, all of you must be in at least two of the pictures doing something.
