I am extremely proud and grateful to teach at Hope Charter. Our school is a wonderful example of excellence in education and I am proud to be a part of the Hope community. As a teacher, I am empowered by my administration to inspire students to their fullest academic potential and social maturity.

This will be my eleventh year teaching and I started in 2010 at Hope with Kindergarten. This is my seventh year teaching fourth grade and I have definitely found my niche. Fourth graders are eager to learn, still love to give hugs and no doubt have a lot of enthusiasm!

I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in fine art. I have three amazing kids. Cora, my oldest graduated from FSU and works now in Tallahassee. My second child Kole, plays minor league baseball for the Texas Rangers in Hickory, North Carolina. Caleb, my youngest is a junior at Berry College in Rome, Georgia.

I really enjoy teaching because it is challenging, exciting, and a great way to be creative. The thing I enjoy most about teaching is having an impact in the lives of young people.

Hello! I've had the privilege of working at Hope Charter since the beginning of 2019 and love being a teacher assistant in 4th grade. I was born and raised in Winter Garden and attended Hope and Legacy for five years, graduating from Legacy in 2015. I enjoy working in various childrens ministries at West Orlando Baptist Church and spending quality time with family and my sweet golden retriever named Charity and goofy cat named Magnum. I am looking forward to an exciting new school year of learning! It's going to be an adventure :).
