Welcome back for a New School Year!

Dear Families,

As we begin wrapping up the third quarter, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership and support. This is an especially important time in the school year. Our teachers are working diligently to ensure that every student masters the essential concepts and strategies needed for success at the next grade level. Daily attendance matters now more than ever, as each lesson builds upon the last. Being present, engaged, and ready to learn makes a tremendous difference in your child’s growth and confidence.
We are also looking forward to some exciting events as we head into the final stretch before spring break! Our Read Across America Week will be filled with engaging literacy activities, guest readers, themed days, and celebrations that highlight the joy and importance of reading. In addition, we are proud to celebrate our students’ participation in the American Heart Association Kids Heart Challenge. This event not only promotes physical wellness, but also teaches the value of helping others and giving back to our community.
Before we leave for spring break, we look forward to celebrating our students’ hard work, enthusiasm, and accomplishments. When break arrives, we hope all of our families enjoy a fun, restful, and safe time together.
When students return, we will begin the final quarter of the school year. We are excited to finish strong, continue growing, and make the most of every learning opportunity. Let’s work together to ensure our students come back refreshed, focused, and ready to learn.
Thank you for being an essential part of our school community. We are proud of the progress our students are making and are excited for all that is still to come!

Warm regards,
Denise James
Principal K-6
