Prompt: "Inventions That Have Improved the Quality of Life"

It is hard to imagine a life without the inventions that we have grown accustomed to. We know that these inventions play an important role in fulfilling our daily needs. Many inventions have made human life much easier, and allow us to complete our tasks much faster and in an easier fashion. This year's speech contest asks students to imagine a world without the invention of their choosing and speak about how this invention has improved the quality of life.

Here are some ideas when organizing your speech:

1. What invention do you believe has most drastically improved the quality of life?
2. Why does the invention affect the world so much?
3. What would the world be like without this invention?
4. Are there negative effects of this invention?"
5. How should one best use this invention so that it is impactful and fulfills its purpose?
6. What role will this invention likely play in the future?
