About Me
I grew up in the Orlando area and attended college in the area as well. I received my Associate in Arts Degree in General Studies from Valencia Community College and subsequently attended the University of Central Florida where I worked to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Science Education with a focus in Biology.
I previously worked in customer service as an Associate Trainer at Panera Bread. This experience contributed to the development of my teaching skills as I worked through my college years. I also completed 2 internships while obtaining my Bachelor of Science degree and have gained an abundance of knowledge in the teaching field from both.
My husband and I have a dog and cats who are such a joy, and we love spoiling them with toys as if they were our children!
This is my fifth year at Hope Charter & Legacy High School, and I am very excited to be working with the students in science again this year and to be adding Chorus as an elective at Legacy for the first time! I hope to make it a fun and enjoyable year!
