About Me

Mrs. Julie Underwood - I am so excited to be teaching third grade again this year. This is my 13th year teaching at Hope Charter.  I have taught first and third grade. I am originally from Ohio, and moved to Florida over 23 years ago. My son Michael is a freshman at the University of Central Florida. My husband teaches Algebra 1 at Olympia High School. We have two dogs and eight cats.

My assistant in third grade is Mrs. Debra Faulk. Debbie has been with Hope Charter going on three years. I am very luck to have her assisting with all aspects of our school day. Debbie has two grandsons at Hope. Hunter is in 9th grade, and Tyler is in 4th grade.
