Language Arts:

• Comprehension Worksheet (front and back) will be assigned Tuesday-Thursday each week. 

Reading:

Monday

• KidBiz article completed up through the "After Reading Poll".
  • Students are required to answer all poll/survey prompts and multiple choice questions.
  • Students are required to answer 3 "Setting the Purpose" boxes.
  • Student Goal: 75% or higher.
  • (KidBiz assignment may vary depending on work load anticipated for the week. Please always check student planner for most up to date assignments.)
  • 12-4: American Indians: Who Once Lived Here?
  • 12-11: Tents, Sleeping Bags, and... Cell Phones?
  • 1-8: Made For Space.
  • 1-22: Following a Dream.
  • 1-29: The Native American Way of Life.
  • 2-5: The Tree Thieves.

Math:

We will be completing Saxon Math Lessons each day of the week. 

There will be no math homework Friday.

Math tests follow after every 5 Saxon Math lessons. So will be following lessons 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30...etc.

Students are required to take home their math lesson each night to be checked by a parent.

• 12-11 to 12-15: Lessons 45-48, assessment 8A
• 12-18 to 12-21: No Homework
• 1-8 to 1-12: Lessons 48-51, Investigation 5
• 1-15 to 1-19: Lessons 52-55, Assessment 9A
