Born in Maryland, I spent my summers at Camp Belgrade in Maine.  I attended McDonogh School in Maryland and the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.  My entire career has been spent in education, working as a teacher and administrator since 1975.  I have been married since 1991 and live in Winter Garden.
